Excellent condition 1969 - MG MGC
I purchased the car in May 2015 from KFZ classic car specialist in Germany.
The car had just underwent a full bare metal professional high quality ‘nut & bolt’ restoration on original highly sought after ‘rust free’ California car.
All original panels and never been welded
Fully wax-oiled bodywork, the underside of the car is as good as the outside. Lovely Black paintwork with deep shine
The car was transported to Spain with me where it still resides and only 15000 kms have been done during my ownership
The 3.0 litre 6 cylinder engine was fully rebuilt with upgraded camshaft, triple weber carbs, new exhaust manifold & stainless steel exhaust to complement.
123 dual electronic Ignition system (2-Settings) and upgraded coil.
Electric fuel pump, the engine valves were done to enable running on 98 unleaded fuel (no additive required)
New gearbox with overdrive.
Performance focused secondary water pump system fitted
I drove over to UK where the engine was set-up on the rolling road at Brands Hatch with power output reading of 185 bhp (Data Sheet included)
Recent full rebuild of rear differential (April 2025)
Upgraded Aluminium radiator by Rad Tech Cannock with built in electric fan, Waterless coolant is currently in the system
It has removable hard top and two tonneaus covers half cover & full. New red leather interior trim, new quality black carpet throughout
Modern tubeless tyres (as new) on new factory painted wheels. Gas adjustable rear shock absorbers
Twin 12v battery conversion. Adjustable electric steering has been added for improved driving experience.
Aluminium sports steering wheel
Car comes complete with MG manufacturer's documents which show build information along with chassis details. The car bodywork is perfectly straight, You will not find a better example, this car is Fantastic Condition and first serious viewer will buy. Thousands has been spent on this car, a genuine regrettable sale due to house move.
