I discovered how efficient Mitsubishi Delicas of that age are offroad when crossing the nortern Caucasus chain in Georgia a few years ago. I decided to buy one but with left hand drive as all such cars in Caucasus or Russia are RHD. I found one in a mechanic workshop in western Poland and had it partially repainted
Many parts replaced and documented when I had it refurbished by a craftsman in Poland. I have full documentation & invoices to prove this.
I am selling it now because I bought a delica with a camper interior.
The car has been registered by a friend in Poland and has still polish papers. I have driven it one year in Belgium with his papers, plates and insurance.
How you will find the lady:
You have to know that it is a 2.8L space gear imported from japan and converted to LHD I don't know where. Repainted to take away many rust places. Frame has been welded profesionnally after technical control in Belgium imposed this.
This 27 years old lady works well except airco allthought compressor and exchanger have been replaced. Also some joysticks are original from RHD version.
Rotating 2nd row seats are an exception on european cars as is the sunroof with actionnable curtains.
Tyres Michelin Latitude are 2000 Km asphalt, very comfortable and efficient on snow.
The car drives smooth once you are used to the automatic gearbox.
